The full Isère descent from Bourg-Saint-Maurice to Centron takes approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes. The total experience lasts around 3 hours and 30 minutes including welcome, equipment fitting and the return journey to our white-water base.
Please bring a swimsuit, a towel and a bag for your spare clothes. If you wear glasses, we recommend bringing a secure glasses retainer.
We provide all the equipment required for our white-water activities: neoprene wetsuits (jacket and Long John), neoprene boots, buoyancy aids, helmets, paddles and more.
The minimum age is 8 years old for the discovery rafting trip from Bourg-Saint-Maurice to Gothard, and 12 years old for the full Isere descent.
No, we do not cancel rafting or hydrospeed trips because of rain. There are no safety concerns associated with normal wet weather conditions.
The discovery rafting trip is ideal for families with children (minimum age 8). From the age of 12, we recommend choosing the full Isère descent.
Yes. At the end of the descent, a vehicle will be waiting to transport both participants and rafts back to Bourg-Saint-Maurice.

Our base is located in Bourg-Saint-Maurice (just 5 minutes from the town centre), on the left bank of the Isère at the starting point of our white-water descents. You can find all the details on the contact/access page of the website, including Google Maps links.
Our rafting base is only 2 kilometres from the funicular. We can collect you with a minibus.
If you wish, you can reserve one or more rafts exclusively for your group, subject to a special rate.

Yes, we offer gift vouchers. Once you have chosen the activity and route you would like to give, we will send you a registration pack and a gift voucher. The recipient(s) will then simply need to contact us to arrange a suitable date.
Hydrospeed is an activity that requires a good level of fitness and confidence in the water (you swim using fins). For a first white-water experience, we recommend an Isère rafting descent. You will have the opportunity to swim through a small rapid, allowing your guide to assess whether hydrospeed is suitable for you.
